Your creative team, without hiring one.
We become your external creative department: a strategist, designers, motion and AI production, and the coordination to keep it moving, for less than the cost of the senior hire you'd need to lead it.
The in-house maths rarely works
A single designer covers one discipline. The moment you need motion, or a strategist to decide what to make, or production volume for a launch, you're either hiring again or going back to freelancers: and the brand consistency you hired for goes with it.
Agencies solve the range problem but not the throughput one: everything is a scoped project with a scoped timeline, which is a poor fit for work that arrives weekly.
- One designer is the bottleneck for every channel
- Freelancers each interpret the brand slightly differently
- Small requests wait behind big ones
- Nobody owns brand consistency across everything shipped
- Hiring for the peak means overpaying through the trough
How the team works
You get a standing team and a queue rather than a series of scoped projects. Requests go in; finished work comes out.
Brand hub
Your logo, colours, fonts, guidelines, approved imagery and do/don't examples, held in one place so every designer starts consistent.
Submit
Requests go into a shared queue with brief, references and deadline.
Prioritise
We schedule against your plan's active capacity, you decide what jumps the queue.
Create
Your designer works on it, with a strategist involved on the higher tiers.
Review & refine
You comment directly on the work; we revise.
Deliver
Production-ready files in every format, and the source.
The team you get
Which roles are on your account depends on the tier, the full range is available at every level through the shared studio.
Creative strategy
Deciding what to make and why, before anyone opens a design file.
Design
Brand, packaging, ecommerce, social, print and presentation.
Motion & video
Short-form, animated statics and product motion.
AI production
Used where it genuinely holds up, volume variants, backgrounds, product visuals: and not where it doesn't.
Ecommerce & Amazon
Marketplace specialists rather than generalists guessing at the rules.
Creative operations
The coordination that keeps a queue moving without you chasing it.
The individual pieces.
Prefer to scope one thing rather than the whole system? Each of these is available as its own project.
This works best when it doesn’t stop.
One-off work gets you a step change. The compounding comes from producing continuously, which is what the monthly plans are for. Relevant here: Growth, Performance, Scale, Enterprise.
Before you get in touch.
- Is this the same as your subscription plans?
- Yes, this is the model, the plans are how it's priced. Starter and Growth suit brands topping up an existing team; Performance and Scale are closer to a full external department.
- Can you work white-label for our agency?
- Yes. No Brand Graphix branding, NDA on request, and client-ready files delivered under your name. A number of our long-running relationships work this way.
- What happens to our brand consistency across designers?
- That's what the brand hub is for. Every designer on your account works from the same source of truth, guidelines, approved assets, and examples of what's been rejected and why.
- Do we get the same people each month?
- Yes. You get a named designer, and on the higher tiers a named strategist and coordinator too. Continuity is most of the value.
- What if our needs spike one month?
- Move up a tier for the month, or flag the spike ahead and we'll schedule around it. It's a monthly plan specifically so it can flex.
Not sure where your creative is losing you sales?
A creative audit reviews your ads, listings, packaging and product visuals, then comes back with 10–15 specific things to fix, prioritised, with the evidence attached.
